Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique
Level 1 Practitioner
Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT®), developed by the late Dolores Cannon, is a powerful modality of deep regression hypnosis. It allows you to access a profound state of consciousness that she called the “Subconscious” or “Higher Self”—an all-knowing, deeply loving aspect of your being that holds the keys to healing, guidance, and soul-level insight.
Unlike the ordinary waking mind, this Theta brainwave state—akin to a deep meditative trance—opens the door to vivid memories, symbolic imagery, past lives, and even interdimensional experiences. In this state, you may uncover the origins of emotional, spiritual, or physical challenges, retrieve forgotten wisdom, and reconnect with your soul’s purpose across lifetimes.

The QHHT Session Journey
A full QHHT session typically unfolds over 5 to 10 hours—though I don’t place rigid time limits, as each soul unfolds in its own divine rhythm. The session is comprised of three parts:
1. The Interview (Approx. 2+ Hours)
We begin by diving into your life story, your current experiences, and the questions your soul is yearning to explore. This conversation sets the foundation for the journey ahead and helps us create a safe, heart-centered space.
2. The Hypnosis Journey (2 HOURS)
Using guided imagery and intention, I gently lead you into the Theta state. From here, you’ll journey through one or more past lives or relevant soul experiences. Once this portion is complete, we connect directly with your Higher Self—the wise, compassionate, multidimensional presence within you.
Your Higher Self may offer insight into the root causes of dis-ease, emotional patterns, relationships, spiritual gifts, or life path decisions. It often facilitates energetic healing during the session—working through your body, chakras, and cellular memory. As Dolores often said: "All healing is possible. The impossible just takes a little longer."
3. The Debrief + Aftercare (30 minutes - 1 Hour)
After the journey, we spend time integrating what was experienced. I create a personalized aftercare plan that weaves in your astrology chart and the messages from your Higher Self. This sacred time supports grounding, clarity, and integration.
You’ll receive an audio recording of your session, along with access to a private online space—The QHHT Integration Healing Space—where others on similar paths gather to share, support, and grow. Integration is a powerful process, and community can be the bridge between transformation and lasting embodiment.

Each astrology reading is a personalized exploration of your unique cosmic blueprint. Together, we’ll look at the patterns woven into your birth chart and uncover how they shape your personality, relationships, gifts, and life themes.
Sessions are held via video call and last a minimum of one hour. This allows us to move beyond surface-level interpretations and into meaningful conversation. You’ll have space to ask questions, reflect, and connect the insights to your real, everyday life.

Reiki 1 Certified Practitioner
Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive form of energy healing that promotes relaxation, balance, and overall well-being. As a Reiki I Certified Practitioner, I work with the natural flow of energy to help release stress, restore harmony, and support the body’s own healing process.
During a Reiki session, you’ll remain fully clothed and either lie down or sit comfortably while I use light, gentle hand placements to channel Reiki energy. Many clients experience deep relaxation, a sense of calm, and renewed clarity after a session.

"I would totally recommend and have recommended Ashley's services as a QHHT practitioner. She has such a calm demeanor to her and makes the whole process very comfortable. She answered all of my questions before the hypnosis session began so that I felt more comfortable with the process. We spoke together for about two hours before the hypnosis part so that she could hear about my life story. She went through the questions that I wanted to ask my higher self so that she understood what it was that I was looking for. I added a few more that came up during the interview.
Then we began the hypnosis part of the session. Her voice was very calming and it was easy to follow the meditation into the hypnosis. I have read some of Dolores Cannon's work, so I was familiar with the idea of QHHT, but the experience of having a session was very different than reading about it. We explored a few past lives. Then Ashley had a conversation with my subconscious. She asked my questions and asked for clarification as needed.
The session ended with a debriefing where we discussed what had taken place. The whole experience was intense, educational and definitely an experience that I will never forget. I continued to process the whole experience for many days afterwards and especially when I listened to the recording that was done.

My path is one of connection—to the Earth, the stars, and the quiet inner wisdom we all carry. I believe everything has consciousness and its own sacred rhythm, from trees and animals to water and whispers from the unseen.
As a mother of three, a cosmic explorer, and a natural intuitive, my daily life is infused with intention and wonder. I’m clairaudient and drawn to altered states of consciousness which includes plant medicines. My offerings are a reflection of what I live and love: helping others awaken to their truth, align with their purpose, and feel safe enough to shine.
