Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique
QHHT (Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique) is a form of regression hypnosis that taps into what Dolores Cannon called the "Subconscious" or "Higher Self." This state, distinct from the conscious mind we typically operate in, allows individuals to access memories of the past, uncover life lessons, and even gain insights into their soul’s purpose for this and other lifetimes.
According to Cannon’s methodology, QHHT takes clients into the “Theta state of consciousness”, a deep level of relaxation and focus that’s often associated with profound spiritual and mental insights. It is similar to a meditative state, where people may experience vivid imagery, emotions, and even physical sensations tied to different times, places, or lives.
The session can be anywhere between 5-10 hours. I don't like to have a set time frame in mind as it will take as long as it takes. The first portion is the interview process, this is where I hear your life story and what your goals are for the session, this takes at least 2 hours.
We will then begin the hypnosis portion. I will use guided imagery to move you into a relaxed state, the Theta State. I will then guide you throughout the past life portion. We will then contact your Subconscious/Higher Self. This part of us holds profound wisdom, and it can often reveal the root causes of emotional and/or physical ailments, along with addressing long-standing questions. This portion can even provide healing energy to the body, and as Dolores Cannon used to say, "All healings can be done, but the impossible takes a little longer."
The last portion is the debrief. We discuss your experience, and I put together a tailored aftercare plan based on your astrology chart and what your Subconscious/Higher Self suggests. I have found that there is an integration period that occurs following a session. You are taking newfound information and integrating it into your current life. I find having a community of others that have gone through the same experience being pivotal for the integration. Once the session is over, I send you the recording of the session, along with a link to the "QHHT Integration Healing Space".

"I would totally recommend and have recommended Ashley's services as a QHHT practitioner. She has such a calm demeanor to her and makes the whole process very comfortable. She answered all of my questions before the hypnosis session began so that I felt more comfortable with the process. We spoke together for about two hours before the hypnosis part so that she could hear about my life story. She went through the questions that I wanted to ask my higher self so that she understood what it was that I was looking for. I added a few more that came up during the interview.
Then we began the hypnosis part of the session. Her voice was very calming and it was easy to follow the meditation into the hypnosis. I continued to process the whole experience for many days afterwards and especially when I listened to the recording that was done.
